This park has the potential to be a 10, but lets its permanent tenants and upkeep in the park keep it from that. First of all the entrance appearance is excellent and the office is very nice but once you get past that it takes on a tattered look. A park that charges this rate should have Wi-Fi through out the park. We stayed here a week as the rate reflects but if I paid the nightly rate I would look for a Wal-Mart etc...

I would give this park a 11. This just might be the best park for the money you could ever stay in price reflects monthly rate. This park has everything you could possibly want, Wi-Fi,cable,a lot of room, golf course, gated entry. We will be back and we have been back and we will be back again. What a park...

Beautiful park but very noisy as previous post explained. When I woke up the next morning I felt like i had been in a train wreck. I'll pass on this one next time.

We enjoyed this campground and I'm going to give it a 10. This campground had everything we needed from fast Wi-Fi to friendly staff. We were only here for one night but I could stay here a week or longer. I felt the price was right for everything they had to offer.

This campground accepted CCUSA after Sept.15 and it was convenient on our exit out of Yellowstone. Some of the reasons i might give more favorable reviews is because we now can travel out of the summer crowds and allot of these campgrounds are less crowded and the weather is cooler and the price is cheaper therefore it creates a better mind set. The Wi-Fi worked from my MH.

Well you can tell the season is winding down for this park, once you get past the main gates everything just looks a little run down or maybe just left untouched. We have stayed here before in the peak season and things are better kept up. Every time we stay here we say next time we are going to stay in the one across the street and we forget, well after this time we will. I don't know what is going on with the construction next to the park but this could be a distraction due to the fact there is no buffer for sound (trees etc.). Anyway everything works in the park: Wi-Fi, cable TV, and the laundry is in very good shape. In fact the front office is excellent: it just looks like they laid the landscape crew off.

A very clean park and what you pay, you get back in casino coupons. The only thing I didn't like was there was no Wi-Fi. Would definitely stay here again.

It is a nice park, sites are a little tight. I just don't like KOA's. This park excepts Good Sam. It is convenient in Salt Lake City for Tabernacle tours. Twenty-nine would be a good price. I wish they had skipped the emails asking if I enjoyed my stay.

What a mad house, get there early. This is a nice park but dump station is inadequate for this size of campground. This campground has some tight spots for big rigs so be careful, but as usual it is a great spot for Yellowstone and we did enjoy it.

I was a little miffed that when we got here they did not accept PA discount anymore: I guess new owners, but since we were here for two days and I wanted to play golf at The Works, we went ahead and antied-up and made the best out of it. The park is nice and very friendly but the grounds could be dusty if busy. Wi-Fi is good, cable TV is good but like I say: it could be dusty when busy.

Campground is OK for the early months and the fall months but could be very hot in the summer months and dusty. We had a pretty good spot but one thing i noticed is when they don't assign you a spot people tend to drive like heck through the park in fear of losing there spot before they get back to the ranger station, that's the only sense i can make of it.

Nice campground for dry camping, dump stations could use a better lay out with potable water at a distant location, but i guess they don't want you to move and they don't. Campground is nice with all spots parellel to the road, people drive slow so there is no problem.

EEE I don't know, this place is ok just ok. We came to the rib cook off. One local park wanted an arm and a leg, and another local park wanted two arms and a leg. I figure all they needed was a KOA in front of their name. So here we are for two days. We will make it, but probably won't be back unless we have to.

Nice place out of the peak season (June through August). We used CCUSA and in Sept. no crowds but the sights are tight and you could get dry campers behind you with Generator use etc.. If the park was full it could be noisy, I would stay here again.

Dry camping, Natl. Park access, this campground has it. If your rig is over 32ft. be careful in allot of these camp loops they are tight and if your not careful you can get yourself into trouble. Each spot has a view and because we were there the last part of September we virtually had the campground to our selves.

This is a old forest service campground which is now being run by concessionaires and is keep up very clean. Primitive in the sense, no-hookups of any kind but very relaxing.

We use this park as our Hot August Nights hang out and i might say when there is a event going on you can double the daily fee. This park is convenient and when there is a event you pay the price. Over the years and especially now I see more and more perms. coming in probably because of the economy. You got people losing there homes and having to move into a RV park and people losing there RV's having to stay at home, so we seeing parks like this one become more a trailer park than a RV park, until things turn around this will probably be the norm. I have used this park for eight years now off and on and would rather stay here than the new Marina any day, sorry!

I liked this park, talked to the owner he is very interested in making this a nice park. WI-FI worked great and they take any kind of club card you can find in your wallet, we used Passport America.

I think I'm getting used to paying high prices in Calif. This campground has it all and pretty much covers things to do for the hole family. One thing I noticed is if you stay ten days in a year you get one night free. Another thing I was impressed with is when the sprinklers come on in the night it doesn't get your Coach wet, good job.

The only reason it got a eight is because of the price. I was forced to stay here because of the car show which I was part of. If not for that, forget it. I will boycott KOA at all costs. They had there day and they blew it. They gouged and overcharged. If not for some attractions and Casinos they have connected with, they would go bust. Out of fairness this is a nice park. For families it has allot to offer, but for fixed income people, there is no such thing as a value card here. Other than the occasional use for a KOA (special event) I won't be back. Even at that I will look at all my other options first, to bad they lost me in the early nineties. I could have given this park a one because of my dislike for KOA'S but for some one who does not mine paying out the nose you will love it!

This is a nice park and probaly due to the fact nobody was in the park made it even better. Lots of hiking or whatever and one thing we were told to beware of is when you are walking your dog keep a close look out for stray dogs from the reservatuion or packs of dogs thjat run loose, we did not witness this but were on the lookout. One thing i have to mention is the people that were helping the ranger George and Joy as campground hosts did a excellent job helping everybody out that came into the campground and even though they weren't officially the hosts i hope there work did not go in vain, Thanks we will be Back

We stayed here one night visiting some long lost cousins and it was convienient to the area. Seemed clean, easy access to freeway, but quiet, I would stay here again.Everthing seemed to be clean but this was just an in and out campground for us.

I guess you could give this park a 10 because they only charge 10, i don't know but I wish there were more places to stay like this that when passing through, you could get by with ten dollars. Their were no hook-ups, and thats ok for ten bucks at night. It got pretty quiet even when the bikers rally was going on, outside of the summer months I would stay here again.

I liked this park because I prefer public or state parks over private anyway but this park is a beautiful and quiet park. Now there is a couple of things i must point out you do drive through a not so good area to get there (no way around it) and their was a distinct odor in the air when the wind was a certain way possibly a rendering plant or something they produce or manufacture in the area this was disturbing but the restrooms and laundry were spotless and the host was very helpful. It was a great way to visit Memphis. We stayed here three days.

It gripes me to pay this much money for a night, now I will look at it two ways. When I had kids, and we got limited time during the year, not a problem. But now that I'm on a fixed income and traveling eight months out of the year i average about 20 a night. Back to the campground, its nice, clean and new, but in this area it will be hard to sustain the price for overnighters without some kind of discount PA GS or something or else it will fall into the perms. and all the junk that goes with it. My main reason for stopping here was two working partners that I had worked with were here on a monthly rate, so we stopped here for a mini reunion. Other than that I would have stayed at the Walmart and moved on, at this price I won't be back.

This was a spotless park and i enjoyed staying there until i moved to a new spot and it had rained that night but next day i noticed a distinctive stench only to realize the guy next to me which was a long term resident was dumping his Grey water with a hose at the tree which was closer to my site than his-DISGUSTING. I can't believe this is legal in New Mexico public campgrounds, but he wasn't hiding it he was just letting it flow and it stunk. Now i noticed allot of long term residents some probably been there the better part of the winter because of the heat strips on their hoses, wow what I thought was camping could just might be somebody else last stop.

This is an older state park but is clean somewhat secluded and very quiet at least this time of year. Now in the summer it has a lot of picnic areas where it could get loud but we had a good time there. Staff was friendly and helpful. Our rate reflected a full hook-up with sewer.

This is a NFS campground and is hosted by seasonal workers that are very knowledgeable about the area and helpful. We camped here three days while visiting Sedona and Jerome and entered and departed through Flagstaff. This campground is primitive in the sense that you come with empty tanks and filled with water, the only dump that I'm aware of is at the Giant gas station in Flagstaff on the left side facing the station. We camped here out of the summer season but had no problem getting in but the weekends did fell up.

Another great state park. The rate will reflect a nightly rate, weekly is much cheaper, and monthly is even better. This park is nice with wide open spaces lakeview if you prefer we were here when they had a cold front going through so bugs were not a issue. Wifi is only at there clubhouse which is kind of a pain, easy access to everthing in town, golf course is close by.

I will not stay here again, first let me give you the good points, good Wi-Fi, good cable and a great campground host which I guess comes here every year. Now the bad, very very rude check in lady that offers no help as far as information in the area. Tight roadways in and out, campground is noisy from freeway noise Hwy 65. I hate to beat up on a campground that offers PA discounts but when you get treated this bad on the phone trying to get there and at the front gate asking questions when you are trying to check in we won't be back.

This park is very nice with allot to offer, the only thing i didn't like was the price if in the 25 to 30 range it would have been a 10. Can't tell you about next time will have to look at my budget.

Wow, what a neat campground we happen to luck out and get four days in the same spot from a cancellation and had a spot in between the trees, very nice. The only thing i could find that kept this park from a 10 was the restrooms but if you can keep the price at this rate just clean them and i can live with it. Will differently be back.

This park should be a model for all parks to follow. First of all they accepted PA discount all week. Talked to other campers and they used another discount which was accepted. I look at private parks completely different than state or county or Corps Of Engineers because usually you are subject to a completely different environment to make ends meet. This park had no long term tenants. The bathrooms appeared clean. The laundry seemed clean. Wi-fi was great, staff very helpful.

I liked this park and would go out of my way to stay here again. Wifi could be up and running in the near future, great place to camp. We were hear for three days and visited friends. Why stay at the casino when you have this type of camping available. Restrooms were ok, not sparkling, but ok.

Not good, i used PA and if not for that i would have gave it a two. Power was unstable surroundings was un-kept. Wi-Fi server shut down never did come back we stayed there two days and could not wait to leave.

This park was clean and convienient but Wifi had a charge and the electrical had to be fixed(THANK GOD FOR MY SURGE PROTECTOR)otherwise not bad. We stayed here three days and snuck out on Sunday A:M because of traffic, would stay here again but hopefully not. Used our GS for discount.

If this campground did not take Passport America I would not stay here. I would have probably stayed at the two I passed up on the west side for a little more money. This campground is clean good Wifi and is fairly quiet. The downside is the spot we are in could be tight if another camper pulls in on my right. I would stay here again at this rate and enjoy it.

This park was great, the price reflects a average of four days using PA which they honored. Staff great, Wi-Fi great, convenience to town is good just watch out for deer at dusk or anytime but especially at dusk. We will definitively stay here again with usage of PA.

I like this campground but only when it is below 70 degrees, We stayed here in 1990 and liked it other than the mosquitos, but it was in early May. This time we used it as are Mardi Gras hub and it worked out great. Very clean, wifi is usualy through out the campground but this time only at the ranger station, restrooms clean we stayed here nine days in Febuary in a motorhome. But get out before it gets warm, the bugs will eat you alive.

Some of the pull-thrus are way too tight but overall the park is fairly clean. Again slight smell of sewer certain times of day but I'm noticing this more and more with older parks(20year plus). If I was just passing thru I would stay at the casino, but we were here during the Gem show which probably limited our pick of sites.

Probably one of the most convenient parks in town, it was clean but did notice a slight smell of sewer in the afternoon. Convinced myself it was propane and moved on. I would stay here again because of location, price reflects Good Sam and 30 amp.

Used our Passport America card what a bargain. Spots are a little tight to back into for big rigs but once in plenty of room. No cable but good TV reception. This might be a location I would spend a month or longer in. Oh by the way this is a 55 plus facility.

For a state park this compares to any Oregon park, but costs you a few more bucks. But, a short walk to the ocean or a short ride into town. I love this place, and in October or early November you have it to yourself.

Oregon State Parks are the Best. This park lies pretty close to the mouth of the Columbia River. It has great campsites, and close to Astoria, if you need a town to visit. What a bargain; I'll be back.

I liked this park. We got a weekly rate which equates to about 29 a night. I think what I liked the most was the room between the sites, and the staff was very helpful. Beautiful park and very clean.
